First run today toward marathon in June. Ran 4 miles in 30 minutes. Pretty good overall, continued to speed pace up during run. A lot of pain during stretching in right calf after run. Taking Alieve for it tonight.
Good run today. Felt fantastic afterwards! 5 miles in 38 min with 8 sets of surges to a 5:30 pace starting at mile 2. Drank a lot of water today and ate a ton. Really feeling good :)
We ran a 2k time trial today, with both a 2 mile warm up and cool down. My time on the 2k was 7:12, I thought I'd be faster, but it's all good and I definitely have room to improve.
