| | 7 mile run today. All under an hour. We ran a 2 mile warm up and a 2 mile cool down. The middle three miles we did a tempo run, my overall time was 19:50 for the three miles with splits between 6:30 and 6:40. I was supposed to stick between 6:40 and 6:50, so I think I did pretty well. Felt good.
