First run today toward marathon in June. Ran 4 miles in 30 minutes. Pretty good overall, continued to speed pace up during run. A lot of pain during stretching in right calf after run. Taking Alieve for it tonight.
Run went really well. Kept an 8 min mile pace, so total of 40 min run. Calves are feeling more loose. I need to drink more water.
